Over the past few weeks I’ve worked with a client on something a bit different—I provided proofreading for the research briefs and reports coming out of the 2014-15 Christian Life Survey.
This is a survey of over six thousand students at over twenty Christian colleges in the United States. The data sheets I edited describe these students’ self-reported levels of spiritual formation, spiritual orientation, and Scripture engagement. The research comes out of the Taylor University Center for Scripture Engagement.
It was fun to mix it up on this one and edit something more data-heavy and research-oriented. It also gave me the chance to try some new things in Microsoft Word’s Track Changes feature. Track Changes doesn’t always play well with charts and tables!

A really interesting survey, and work which adds good variety to your portfolio. As I suspected, you can do almost anything 🙂
